The Outside Sales Associate is a key member of our team. You will be required to meet with customers who have had issues with their plumbing system that needs repair or be replaced and easily build rapport with residential homeowners while being a team player. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. 

Ideally you have prior experience in the plumbing industry and have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers.  You are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. 

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new business opportunities to produce new revenue.
  • Follow up with current customers to provide solutions to their most challenging plumbing and drain cleaning issues.
  • You will use the latest technology to identify causes, determine solutions, provide quotes, and close the sale.
  • On an on-going basis, you will follow up with customers who have received quotes and turn these opportunities into revenue.
Job Requirements:

  • Must be self motivated
  • Plumbing experience is not required, but sales experience is.
  • Previous selling in-home services is strongly desired.
  • Excellent oral and written communication is essential along with a working knowledge of various software programs.
